Well, yes; my only comment was about the ability to
annotate one's code and use programs as data in a
fairly straightforward manner. That is, this seemed
to be the principle new feature of Flare (though I
realize that there may be others which you haven't
bothered to discuss in the plan.html), and already
seemed to be present in LISP. I'll take your word
for now that this isn't sufficiently developed in
LISP, and return to the subject (if warranted) when
I am more familiar with LISP and/or Flare, as it seems
that there is more to it than a single feature or family
of features.
