The current issue of Skeptic magazine (Vol. 9 No. 3) (not to be confused
with Skeptical Inquirer magazine) has the article "A.I. and the Return of
the Krell Machine: Nanotechnology, the Singularity, and the Empty Planet
Syndrome," by Steven B. Harris. It is not online -- get thee to Barnes &
Noble and find the dead-tree version.
Unfortunately it makes no reference to SIAI or intelligence.org, despite the
fact that it practically begs at several points for a mention. However it is
pretty much pro-Singularity, in the sense of taking seriously the
possibility that a Singularity could happen.
