I read here a few days back that some are calling for
a protest against the new Will Smith film because they
consider the Three Laws to be a dangerous idea. All
right. Turns out others are wishing to boycott the
movie because it's not even based on the Asimov story
at all. It's just another
humans-battle-an-army-of-robots-run-amuck flick (we've
seen that one at least three times, I think) with the
title and a little more window-dressing to sell
tickets.
In other words, 'tis trash.
