If done properly neither the upload nor the original can tell
subjectively if they were uploaded instantly or very very slowly I don’t
see why it should make one bit of difference.

This is my rule of thumb: If I can remember being a certain person one
year ago then I’m probably that same person today; the method may not be
perfect but it works pretty well most of the time and it’s all I have.
