Given that most important part of 'intelligence' that translates to
complex performance consists in structure of memory, and effects of
modified brain acting on it can only be observed over really long
time, it's dubious that drug that does this can be discovered by blind
search, without good idea of what we are looking for. Maybe there is
some balance in neural processes that makes everyone a genius in 10
years time, but it can be fine and individual. Improvements in
attention and stamina would be great though.
