Yes, of course. I don't understand, how can some people expect, that a planet or a solar system or a galaxy, would be able to hold a Singularity out.

It's one way only - that there is none in the vicinity - yet.

I see no reason, why a Singularity would limit verself. Be friendly - or even not.
