The Singularity Institute has just published a major site upgrade,
including three new introductory articles:
"What is General Intelligence?"

The document "Coding a Transhuman AI", which formerly contained "Friendly
AI" as a subpaper, has been renamed "General Intelligence and Seed AI".
"Friendly AI" has been renamed "Creating Friendly AI" and split off into a
separate paper. Their new locations are:

The old locations, http://intelligence.org/CaTAI/* and
http://intelligence.org/CaTAI/friendly/*, now redirect to the new locations.
